I suggest removing the front bump stops and cutting the mounts out as well.

I ran 3" blocks with full leaf springs for quite some time due to being afraid of separating the spring pack but I removed the bump stops when I added my lowering blocks. I was able to haul my motorcycle, air compressor, my small roller snap on box fully loaded and some other bits when moving with no issues of the frame hitting the axle. Now that I removed the middle leafs I hit a bump with nothing in the bed and slap the axle tube. I'll be doing a mini notch as soon as I can find a suitable piece of pipe. No more bike hauling for my truck unless necessary.

The front bump stops are already out but the mounts are still there, I might just cut them out when Ifigure out how to take the hub off

All the rims on now I like the way they look but still wish it was a little lower, at least in the back.

Looks good! As for the rear setup... If u plan on bagging soon then I wouldn't worry about it. If u are gonna have to wait a bit look into those air shocks man. That way u could monoleaf it and still keep some hauling potential. I mean I wouldn't use it as a daily hauler. But once and awhile wouldn't be too bad.
