I would double check cam timing, and make sure you don't have any bent valves.

I have triple checked the timing, all marks line up, rotor at 9o'clock position... I hope I dont have a bent valve, I dont want to pull the head off...

Engines need four things in order to run...
Air, fuel, spark(at proper timing), and compression.
The first one is a given. You said you've got fuel, and even tried ether.
Unless your compression sucks really bad, your ignition timing is way off, or the plug wires are out of order.

Verify timing with a timing light. 9 o'clock is a good starting point, but it still needs to be dialed in.
