I know these pictures aren't the greatest, but I'll get some tomorrow evening hopefully, I plan on moving the one on the right so it sits the way it should, not slanted Lol

Yeah they need to be farther forward by a lot.

Why would you do that?
You can't see crap, and you need two people to adjust them.

I had taken it to a local shop, and we did it pretty quickly. It was up on a lift so I kind of had to guess where would be best. It looked ok while I was inside it, but unless there's something directly in the line of sight a car would be, I can't really tell. I got the driver's side to work out pretty well though once I figured out how to properly adjust the mirror. I'm thinking of redrilling it(which will happen one way or another) and bondoing the holes and touching it up until I can actually get full bodywork and paint done. This time I'll wait till my friends can help me with it, we'd actually take a bit more time on it to measure properly and whatnot. It looks pretty decent the way it is though! You screw up sometimes, what can you do?

Looks good though, trial an error is our best friend!

Thanks! And yep, this is my first vehicle and first project, so you're definitely correct there.

Got some new pix of her for you guys, straightened out the right side mirror and adjusted them so I can actually see. Honestly, I think they look great even though they're not far forward enough. But that will be remedied in the future Next week I'm ordering a new steering wheel once I get my paycheck, and I think I'll need an adapter, so I'll pick one of those up later too.

The GMC Canyon belongs to one of my best friends Jesse, whose phone was used to take the pictures.

This is the wheel I'm getting:

Can any of you steer me in the right direction as to what kind of adapter I need to buy? Is it possible for me to have a quick release?

Okay cool, thanks. I just wanted to make sure I could actually use a quick release. I'll probably pick one up on eBay. I used to look at AndysAutoSport all the time because of their selection. But then when I went to order something I found out they charge blood for shipping xD Do you guys know of any sites similar to them? Where do you guys usually buy your parts at?
