it'll be slow... and watch you temp gauge... and really cramped inside, unless you are all of 100 lbs each. shouldnt be too bad, really depends on the upkeep of your truck too, keep it tuned and keep up your fluids. i did a couple dump runs when i first got my b2200 fi ext. cab, and they were a couple heavy loads, plaster, 2x4's, house scraps. it was slow, but she did it no prob.
get under the truck and check out the frame etc... too, they are famous to rust out out back near the rearend and spring shackles
the auto tranny, i'm not sure about, depending on the grade you re climbing, and how heavy your load is, you may want to look into further tranny cooling...
