Ok kind of a old thread but this is associated to the general rear end components.I will say I was tired and was incorrect on two things.1st my rear hub was bent about 1/8 inch out causing wheel wobble not the ring and pinion as it was replaced broken teeth.2nd is when the shaft is removed it is important to keep the shims for the axle for end play on the shaft itself and a dial indicator is used to check that on the reinstall.Basically the vid was for removing a rear axle shaft to replace a rear bearing making noise. These bearings are pressed ON by a machine shop.So if your having noise not due to driveline, joints,or ring and pinion your wheel bearing is probably due a replacement. This is for a 4x2 cabplus I showed but any 4x2 model fits the idea. Also the ebrake cable is held in place with a C clip or horse shoe clip to hold to the mount point.I may repost a diagram of the exploded view of the rear axle showing the 2 seals inner/outer later.
