finally had a chance to work on it. replaced the front left caliper due to broken bleeder screw and replaced the master cylinder and it has seemed to fix the problem.

I changed master cylinder and bench bled it
Won't build up much of a pedal, randomly plug the 3 ports on master and sometimes it will build up a pedal and sometimes it won't(bleeding ones that are connected)
Small amount of pedal with truck off, goes all but to the floor with truck running

Did dump quart of fluid out of booster

Booster doesn't have fluid in it, it's a vacuum canister. Fluid came from the master, may have damaged the booster.

Booster tests... axzz35UUzJY7f

Yea, master was leaking into booster
Apparently for a good while before I got it

Would a bad booster give me the other issues I'm having?

So it fails test 1 and 2 bad

Holds pressure on test 3 pretty well, or so it seems to me

There's no valve so that apparently isn't for my truck(guessing, correct me if I'm wrong)

And I don't have a vacuum gauge for the last part

One way Valve is in the hose that goes to the hardline next to the top right of the brake booster. you MUST have that valve or your booster won't work.

You can see the hose on this picture at the left...

So the valve is built in to the hose?

yes, a one-way valve.

Valve is inside the hose, and hose has an arrow that says which way points to the engine.

I'm sure Dan has a used hose with valve for sale; if not I do.
