Here is a good starting point. It sound confusing but must be right.
My learning experience was just a 4.3 GM Vortec in my B2600 extended cab, you have a lot more bucks to cry over, it sounds like.

Can i use the drainage on the fuel tank (first pic.)as a return line from or to the pump?

You going to put a restrictor in the return line? Some thing has to fill the carb first, then bypass, although with the setup you have, you really need no return line, unless I am missing something here.

Have you change to beefier front sway bar and added a rear one?

New front suspension (stock type) w/1 in.front sway bar no rear sway bar due fuel pump set-up

That will detract from handling. Posi-traction in the plans?

It's has ford 9in. 31 spline axles 3.50 rear gear and posi trac. And t5 trans.

Too bad about the rear sway bar, necessary for power sliding and curves, but you are good for straights. Will be a great ride. Good ratio.

Turn since no power steering and 13in. steerwheel doesn't help
