The bleed screw is on the clutch slave cylinder, none on the master.

Bench bleeding: the line goes back into the fluid in the reservoir, so that on the return stroke the master sucks in fluid backwards through the tube and not air. Do a Google or Youtube search on bench bleeding.

Did my clutch and slave today. It feels a little soft to me but I don't know if the old one was just so corroded, that it made it feel harder. Drove it around the block and it seems to shift fine.

Did a transmission fluid change while I was under there. (5spd). Drained it all out and went to refill. Couldn't find a dang hose. Had to cut a piece of my airline tubing to make a hose. err. oh well!
It seems like my trans took more in the it needed. Will overfilling trans cause harm? It took like half of a 32oz Lucas that I added first and almost 3/4 of a gallon of 80-90.
Should take 4.2 pints right??
1 pint is 16 oz
1 gallon is 8 pints
so.... a total of 1/2 a gallon should have got me a little shy right??

Did you fill the transmission through the fill plug hole like I always do? I use a gear oil pump that fits onto a bottle of Valvoline gear oil.

yeah, on the drivers side, halfway looking up, 14mm square head. right beside the O2 sensor on the pacesetter

Then you really can't overfill if the truck was reasonably level, as any excess would come out that fill hole as you were trying to add more !

I took a short piece of 3/8 inch copper tubing and bent into a gentle loop, and stuck that into the end of the plastic tube from that gear oil pump. I stick it in the hole and pump away (not writing about sex here).

Alright,, well... It was the equivalent to being jacked up in the front. Meaning I have a slanted driveway (not bad). But didn't jack it up. Does that make sense? Still concerned a bit about it. Will over filling a little hurt! I think level it might be at the top of the fill hole. maybe not even that high. My driveway is not crazy slanted
Did the diff fluid this morning with no issues.
