Update!!!
Sorry haven't posted in a while just recently moved and starting a new job so been super busy
Soooo had a no go with the crank. Went to 3 different machine shops and the 1 that thought they had one ended up being the wrong one. Total bummer since I bought everything to rebuild the thing from the bottom up. So I had no choice but return everything and buy another engine. I was running out of time and needed the truck running asap. So I found a b2200 motor near by for $450 and rolled the dice. Swapped my carb over along with my exhaust manifold, put in a new rear main seal and fired it up. It worked! The lifters are a little louder than the previous b2000 motor but it runs smooth other than the high idle which i still havent got to. But deffinetly runs better and the little bump in torque is nice too.
Next on my to do list is fix the a/c and power steering. And adjust the idle lol.
