Yeah the silver/black will stay but i will be getting rid of the vinyl. Just a stock looking paint job.

I am not a fan of 4wd sheetmetal but something about this truck was screaming 4wd sheetmetal lol. I think it looks mean as hell!

I feel the same way about 4wd sheet metal. I agree with this thing looking mean!

Just read your post; sick truck bro. My dad and I install/wire street rods and customs on the side. If you decide to go aftermarket wiring, use EZWIRE. All wires are labled, colored and seperated. On Gm alternator is it a single wire? If it is some will not charge until it reaches a certain rpm. Your drain could be main power/ground is corroded on the inside. Feel how flexible it is. If it's stiff, no good. You could also ohm it out and check resist5.

Thank you for the info! Ill let you know what i find out whenever i decide to mess with it lol.

The alt has 2 wires. I dont know anything else about it besides its brand new lol.

All new grounds and powers. All 4 ga.

Can you get a pic of the alternator? Curious... may need exciter wire to make it work.
