would you guys patch this tire or get a new one

yup side wall is made differently than the tread area.

you got to get a new tire if you even think about tellin them to patch that and they say ok you better run while you still can cause if they tell you that they can patch it and you let them means you just signed your death certificate

Dont be scared if it does go flat youll barley notice on a tire that small, I had a stock firestone tire blow out on my old ranger once and it took a few seconds for me to notice, at first I thought the damn muffler fell off cause Iv never heard that noise before, then I proceeded to change my tire at 2am in the hood, surrounded by thugs with some new 18s in the bed of the truck (when 20s were big) ahh good times.

But if you can find replacement for cheap then that would make a good tire swing.
