Shit, if I knew that I've got a straight-line sander you coulda borrowed. I don't have paper for it though....but it's a 14" pneumatic air file.

Hell, I did all mine by hand, but I didn't have to large flat surfaces like you've got either. I tend to make the bondo more uneven with the DA then without it, even without a block.

na im just doin no tails haha. yea i just use the da to knock the top off of the bondo then block away yes my arms are gona be tired tontie damit.

Yeah, DAs are good for getting the excess off, I'll occassionaly use it with worn out paper to get a smooth finish, just have to be careful.

yea so i start sandin, the da or jitter bug just sat there. tha bondo got hard as a muther fucker. i love the ever coat stuff we use at work its the shit this crap(some durablend or sutmhin and BONDO brand) just got to hard so next week ima prob strip it all pretty much off and redo it.

I use a Bondo off-shoot brand, Dynatron, Premium Gold for my main build-up, it gets hard, but it sands easy. Then I use some grey stuff with microbeads or somthing...it's lightweight for the finishing stuff, then if I have too, 3M glazing putty....that stuff is the shit.

fuck 3m glazing putty. all it is is bondo hardener...
