official summer meet thread...July 16th...RSVP! :)

Summer meets finally just around the corner.

Dates is still Saturday, July 16th

Time is 11am

Going to be held at:
Pelican Beach Park
1525 Hwy A1A
Satellite Beach, FL 32937

The park has a small fee. Its gonna cost $31.80 to rent a pavillion that holds up to 40 people. Has 6 picnic tables, equiped with grills, nearby parking, and access to the beach. So a donation of 3 dollar fee per person is going to be required. If more than 31.80 is donated then I will use that money to buy food or supplies for the BBQ. Which leads me to the next big thing FOOD. TO EAT FOOD YOU MUST BRING FOOD! I am going to make a list of people who RSVP and next to your name there will be a food that you are volunteering to bring. So tell me if your coming and what you want to bring! Hope to see all you FLorida people there!
