i have that same dip at the bed rail on my jap bed, i want to keep the same bed, couldnt you use an irs rear end so the camber of the back wheels would clear the lip? i would like to go to the doors on mine so i was thinking thats how i could get around having to shave it or get a new bed.

Its a pretty deep dip. That would require a lot of camber. Plus I want it gone.

If your set on doing the irs, then do that and see what you need to do.

What did you end up doing to mount the clutch bracket?
