Getting truck painted soon and..

was looking to get some thoughts on what kind of paint job / colors..
im looking to do a two tone// Pix would be cool.. i dont wanna really copy anyone, but some 2 tone paint pix would be great...

I feel your pain, Im going through the same thing trying to figure out colors for mine..

Phattie has a point, what is your interior going to be? stock? custom? Fabric? Smoothed and painted? How much if any chrome trim? Front grill chrome or painted??

inside is the grey colors... will prolly keep it that color.... looking at billet grilles...
whatever color i do, i will prolly paint the dash the same way, and end up doing the seats and shit in tweed the same color..

Gray is a color that goes damn near with anything.

Is the truck gonna be garage kept after its painted? if not stay away from reds, ornges, and silver. Those will fade quicker than shit out there.

I feel ya man, I been debating the same thing here lately. My truck is red, and I actually like the factory red. HOK makes a really vibrant version of the factory red. Red just oxidizes so damn bad. I painted one of my chevelles a few years ago with some leftover paints and I really like it. I know I will never be able to recreate it. It was a mixture of Marlboro, Le Mans and Grabber reds.

I have been thinking about a silver base coat and a translucent green (White Zombies La Sexercisto cd) If I went that way i'd over $800 in paint alone. I really don't know how long I'd be able to live with that color
