Seth actually they are stone that I had chrome plated at this store near the ocean in Arizona.....the used a stone polisher and milled them down to a smooth finish then chrome plated them with the spray can stuff and clear coated them....once done they were buffed out.....I know there stone cause I cut them out with a chisel and hammer cost me 3500 per whel to get the round stone I needed and the offset was hell
