IF you get a set that will fit ,your motor prolly wont last long tryin topush those wheels, let alone your brakes wont be safe enuf without upgrades. plus i think itll look like a roller skate , but thats my opinion

roller skate? not when its layed out.....

but any way im looking at a set of 22x8 what off set would i need for the 8" width?

22 will go threw the hood and bed when layed out

laying frame they wont. you can lay body on a 20 so you can certainly lay frame on a 22.

any one know what off set i need for a 22x8?

what about +34? its only an 8 inch rim. +34 would be less than a half inch closer to the fender than a +45. how much room is there between the fender and the tire with a 8" +45?

+ 43 or + 45

Theres less than an inch between my fender and the tire. With 2WD fenders (with a trimmed lip) on your body style truck they rub on the way up. With a 4WD fender they clear a little better.
