Fuel Cell

What do you guys think about a 10 gal fuel Cell it is a low boy tyoe looks like it is out of a boat, I'm going to weld a sump on the bottom if I can find a alum sump, How much is the stock tank 12 gal?

the 84-88 tanks are 12 gallons.....and i always thought (someone correct me if im wrong) that the 89-94 trucks were 14 gallons

I have a '94 and I do believe that it is 14 gal. If you put a fuel cell in, what are you gonna do for the sending unit and your fuel gauge.

I will just install the stock sending unit in the tank, The gas gauge is the least of my worries

i belive the 84-88 were 13.7 gallons but i could be wrong

well, i have filled from completely dry before, and i fit 14.1 gallons into mine.

yeah i dunno, i have the book for it in the garage. when i go out tomorrow ill look. ive run my truck pretty low and only put in like 11 gallons before. im gonna check the book now cause i still think its 12. lol.

since were talkin bout fuel cells n shit,i found a 15 gal fuel cell,with sending unit but no sump,wtf is a sump?lol

My 91 has a 16 gallon tank.... they should all be the same...
