I knew I had seen it before. Dug out a old minitruckin issue to look at pics of a killer isuzu pup to talk about on isuzuscene.com and saw it.

page 44 article said he was from loveland ohio. I think someone bought it and is trying to pass it off like he did all the work.
It looks like shit now. The chrome dually wheels are gone.
