Those things are going to make a come back like the old school trucks and chopping them I liked the gullwing Mazda
My buddy had a box style Blazer and we put 15's on it clears and were looking for a testerossa kit to put on it. The funny thing is that the younger kids that hang out with there trucks dont even know about that stuff and laugh at it

Oh yea, testerossa kits. I have minitruckin mags that have them in it for sale. I like the long stretched trucks with a shit load of subs.

The funniest thing about this thread is that you guys are making fun of some of the cleanest and coolest minitrucks that were ever built before the whole bags and bodydrops ever existed. Honestly, those trucks had way more originality than pretty much anything that most of us are building now. Besides some of the awesome chassis work being done now, most trucks at most every show have pretty much the same mods.

.......and, that yellow Toyota does not have a Testerossa kit. Obviously you have not seen a real Testerossa kit. That Toyota was one of the sweetest minis out back in the day, with the Audio Chamber system and 16" wheels if I remember correctly. I will have to dig out the MiniTruckin issue.

jeeeeesus.... Wasnt trying to hurt anyones feelings.. calm the fuck down!!! I was simply Laughing about this stuff because i remembered it when it first came out!!! Not to mention I was right there with everyone in my dodge d-50!

And i didnt mean to get ya all technical about the testarossa kit... my bad.

For real though, i know those trucks were clean back then, and thats another thing i was kinda reminiscing about.

but as far as "all trucks at todays shows having the same mods" minus the chassis work... I disagree.... i see new and original ideas at almost every show i go to...

My first minitruck was an 85 D-50.....and it looked a LOT like the trucks in that video. Full molded ground f/x and visor, full shave including taillights, molded rollpan with custom lights, hydraulic side tilt bed, vinyl covered plywood bed cover with a little wing on it, glossy black paint with 4 color candy stripes and scallops, blacked out bumper and tube grille, brown and tan interior and 14" Weld Superlites with 185/60's. I had that truck until about 92, when I traded it for my fully shaved Nissan vert with 15" polished Weds GS and 195/50's. Man, those were the days.
