The wheels are supported and centered by the lug nuts, rather than the stud. No other company makes anythign that fits the wheel.

You dont need to remove the tires to machine them
I did 2 sets here at my house on the milling machine.
As for the lugs you need the lexus ones because the rims are lug centric and they will not be properly seated without them.
Seth I bought a set of Is300 lugs for my wheels way back for 20.00 on ebay.
