Well done Seth, major props to you from the start to where the truck is currently.

Seen the feature in MT and had to flick through the build up..........the 82 pages took me a l o n g time to read but was worth it!

Give yourself a pat on the back ! Fucking good work.

Whats the latest?

i don't understand how that works. i've aired mine out on a lift the same way and if i don't tie my axle down, the bags stretch all the way out and start sucking in on the sides cause they have to hold the weight of the axle. maybe im just missing something, cause it would be nice not to have to tie my axle down when i lift the truck.

typically your shocks will max out before your bags will intern taking the all the load from your rear end and your arms up front. on my truck the front bag plates are taken a bit further out to limit the amount of lift i get. (still plenty locked out) because the upper control arms hit the bag plate and take the wheel load. not my bags...

i dont really understand how the 'suction' effect comes into play on these types of air setups. the valves themselves arent even air tight, you need an equivelant or more amount of pressure in the tank in order for your valves to work properly once the pressure is in the air bag. if all pressure is removed from the bag, there shouldnt be any vaccum at all because of the dump valve opening, the vaccum would go out with the air. at least this is how i see it.

Seth, you have an EAI switch box right? How do you like it? Thinking about grabbing one of the 5 switch ones up off ebay...are only like 30 bucks shipped or something

I like it a lot. My friend has the AVS and its already broke. I actually have the 7 switch though, I like it better than the 5, I didn't like the way they were setup\.

Yeah, just found the 7 on ebay too, that would be what I would go with..has the lockout and all. Friggin $50 shipped is a deal.

hell yeah it is....i got my 7 switch with no lock for 100 bucks. but mine has the toggle switches with extensions...i know some boxes are rocker switches.

Yeah these are rocker switches...which I want. FYI, he had the make an offer thing on there, so I offered him $30 for it, he accpeted. $39.95 shipped for the 7 switch with lockout and ish.
