typically your shocks will max out before your bags will intern taking the all the load from your rear end and your arms up front. on my truck the front bag plates are taken a bit further out to limit the amount of lift i get. (still plenty locked out) because the upper control arms hit the bag plate and take the wheel load. not my bags...
i dont really understand how the 'suction' effect comes into play on these types of air setups. the valves themselves arent even air tight, you need an equivelant or more amount of pressure in the tank in order for your valves to work properly once the pressure is in the air bag. if all pressure is removed from the bag, there shouldnt be any vaccum at all because of the dump valve opening, the vaccum would go out with the air. at least this is how i see it.
