Yeah I used 1/8" plate, and then skinned the back with 16 gauge. Its probably fine.

Yessir. When I first saw them I was dissapointed. I thought they were too small to do anything, and too light. I was wrong.

Went went and looked at those, no wonder you went with the 8s besides room the price is expencive. But I guess you get what you pay for.
