Exterior of cab is pretty much stripped, I just have to finish the door jams.


Also got the interior floor completely stripped, and all welding is 110% complete.

Tomorrow I will flip it back up and start prepping it for the Por 15.

Got some Por 15 on the bottom. First cleaned it with the Marine Clean, then washed it and dried thoroughly. Then sprayed on the Metal Ready, which etches the metal, and neutralizes rust.


Then I hosed that down, and dried thoroughly. And to my surprise it looked like this once air dried.

I thought something was wrong, but it turns out its supposed to do that. I freaked out and re read all the directions online. Then I layed down the black shit.


And for being brushed on, I think it turned out pretty smooth.


Now it needs to set overnight. Then tomorrow I can apply the topcoat.

Nice and clean.. looks good.
