thats exactly how my truck looks right now,we shud be welding the floor up,zing the frame horns and making a tranny xmember soon,trying to get it all done in one weekend

yeah trying to get the same shit done this weekend.
got it up on jack stands now.. ready for me to crawl under and cut tranny x member out..

EDIT: hmmm, clarification, hope your transmission never breaks. yeah, that sounds better...

im not worried about it.. tranny was replace a few years ago.. and the truck hasnt even had 30 miles on it since then.. lol

the stock one was weld in.. theres no difference... i just gotta remove the 4 bolts that are hooked into the tranny if i ever gotta work on it.. just like u gotta do with the stock xmember in there/

guess so. just an added convenience that seems nice to me.
