fuck the courts!!

I actually got a DWI. I have already done my community service. They give me a permit to drive to work,

Since I work a factory job and help my wife in our Mexican rest I stated I make pickups and deliveries as my primary function. I can drive pretty much as long as I can prove its something to do with the rest. I can also drive to the groc store.

The part that sux the most is I was planning on driving to mexico to sell a pickup truck and fly back. Now I have to wait till at least May of 07
Thats money I could make being put on hold.

Hrmm, now that you say you have a horrible driving record and said you cant wait to do it again to the jail clerk or whatever...then Ive lost all sympathy. Just dont drive like a jackass and ish like that wont happen.

Fuck the courts....rigggggght. They are just giving you what you appearantly deserve.

I have gotten a lot of tickets since I was sixteen, and mouthed off to a lot of cops, but I can say that I did deserve everyone of them. Most of them were received while cruising our local strip back in the day, and most of the others were because the cops were always looking for violations on my truck. Now this is the part where I will probably sound like an asshole. I have NO sympathy for anyone that gets a DUI. If you drink, get somebody else to give you a ride. The reason for my strong opinion is, my brother was killed by a guy that had been drinking, but did not think he was intoxicated. The guy drove off of the road, rolled and his car ended up on top of my brother. My bro was 14 years old. At the time I was 5, and I have missed him ever since. Sorry if this seemed a little harsh, but it is just my opinion.

Dude, not harsh at all. If you drive drunk you're an idiot, period. Sorry for your loss man.

OPSInpimpin 2 years probation is a long time for dragging. if you fux up one more time, even if it some bull, that will def be jail time for violating your probation. and 300 dollars is pretty a pretty steep fine.


blackls1 atleast you have your business so you could get away with driving around a lil bit. nc cops are ignorant though. they all think they live in hazzard county looking for the duke bros. hiding behind bushes and shit. but how far is smithfield from charlotte cuz i want some mexican food?

yeah its 2 years unsupervised probation.but who cares im not bagged now an i drive 2 miles to work an 2 miles back.but yeah a dui is fucked up.

Charlotte is quite a ride from Smithfield. Around 3.5 hours.

I definately learned my lesson though. I tell all who will listen its not worth it. I blew the equivelent of 4 beers. 3 beers will allow you to blow the legal limit .08. Thats why I gave up on fighting the case in court and said I would accept my punishment and use it as a learning experience.

But dragging thats a different story. If I was bagged I would have to drag.
