thats what the problem was, my dad had put the bottle on the welder and replaced the tip for the wire size but didnt change the nozzle. i didnt know there was a different nozzle for it until you mentioned it, so i went and got out the extra tips and there it was. so i put it on along with a new tip and it welds super clean now....im very happy with it.
yeah flux cord wire sucks. i welded with it to practice with and got the hand motion down but its very hard to get a clean weld out of it. using gas makes easier to see when welding and it look a million times better, plus it doesnt have all the splatter that flux cored does.
Flux core welds shitty. I welded once with it and have never done it again.

Cool, glad you got that taken care of.
yeah me too, thanks a million.
My suggestion would be to turn the gas up above 20psi around 25 would be best. if you still have a prob turn the voltage up slightly, just be careful not to burn through or warp the metal
my bad, missed the problem getting resolved lol
glad you solved to problem, another problem happens alot is when your welding outside, if you have any wind or even a slight breeze, it will cause the same effect.
