shitty.. houses are going up like crazy out here..
when i lived in san diego on the beach, houses next to us were going for 1.4 mill and up, and they were only 700-1100 sq ft..
too bad i was renting a 700 sq foot house for 850 a month.. lol and didnt own it. otherwise i would be $$$$$$$$$$$$$..er

The window in my bedroom is the one with the white frame... Just got it finally replaced a year and 2 months after dennis put a tree through it - LOL Still havent painted the frame to match the other windows.

the "sticks" in the water are leftovers from docks desstroyed in dennis and katrina. They havent been rebuilt yet, and it was lo-tide when i took the pic.

o yeah, if you compare my avatar, you might notice i finally got a new garage door.... that got f'd up by dennis too. new roof also. :D:D:D:D:D

Thanks... The view is getting better, right after katrina there were chunks of houses, docks, windows, appliances and dressers washed up on the shore...now that stuff has been picked up and its down to the small rubble like bricks and chunks of concrete, lol.
