being formerly from VA, to a point, safety insections should b a must. a month after i moved to GA, i realized why it was important. every where i looked there was a junker on the road, busted windshields, no brake lights, and smoke pouring out of what was left of the exaust. i'm not saying dont modify your stuff, just do it in a safe manner. you cant enjoy your rides 6ft under
