for all magnum peps

I went to look for rims but when I was checking out everything under my car (05 magnum) I saw there was an a-arm that comes from near the top of the shock and connects to a shaft that connects to the breaks and steering componets. Where the a-arm connects to the shaft hangs about a half an inch over the tire which is in the way of a 20-22 inch rim if anyone knows of a way around this all the help would be highly appreciated.
