Its $120 plus shipping. I can't flat rate this like my other parts, so what I will do is bubble wrap it, and do UPS ground. Thats the cheapest way, but I cant say exactly what shipping might be. I can possibly get a quote from them once I make another one. I still need to pull mine out of my truck and make a jig out of it. And also need to buy a 20 foot stick of the tube I use.

And no, I don't sell a weld in notch, sorry. But there are a lot of places that do for damn good prices.

I think I'm going to get one from CanDo I guess I'm supposed to go get a 88 bed out of the yard soon so I will weld the notch in before the new bed goes on Let me know how much for the member shipped when you get a chance

if you want an easy notch check out the ones Devious Customs make. They are pricey but well worth the ease of use. I have a set on my truck and the only thing you really need to watch for is they make them universal so it fits all frames. I had to put some 3/16 plate on both sides to help fill the gap ( highly recomend this since there is a lot of play). Measure where you want it, mark it, weld in the plate then drop your notches and weld em in. Took me about 2hrs to weld it all up and cut out the notches.

[quote="Twisted Minis"]I'll selll you a nice tranny crossmember for almost half Candos price when you get there. And it doesnt require you to cut the tranny mount off your stock crossmember and weld it to the new one.

that is a bad a$$ cross member there. but what do you do with the tranny mount it self just unbolt it and bolt it onto that one? or does that cross member mount directly to the trans...kinda like mounting it rigid without the rubber buffer that the stock tranny mount provides.

Mine have a tranny mount built into them. You just cut yours out, and unbolt it from the tranny bushing. Then put mine up there, trim the mountign brackets to fit snug, bolt it to the tranny bushing, and weld the brackets in place. Then unbolt it and paint it.

yeah thats what i was talking about....so you use the same bushing. just unbolt it off the old cross member and bolt it onto the new one. that seems like it would run pretty smooth to do that myself...i used to live in ca, but i moved to ky for some school. im gonna have to keep that in mind when i move back...i could be an 1" lower in the front if it werent for that stupid cross member. lol.
