? to all the BD trucks!!

mine was 3" traditional with 4runner seats im 5'9" and had 6-7" of clearance.

Get some honda buckets and chop them down to lay on the floor.
I have a 4 1/4" traditional and buckets and still have about 2 inches of headroom and plenty of legroom. Im 5' 10"

whoa thanks for da replys peeps.. just wanna make sure that @ 6'1" tall I don't want to have any problems when I do BD my truck.. I just want to sit comfortable w/o hitting my head when I 'am cruising looking for da chicks lol.

sorry to thread jack guys........but if at all possible can somebody take pics of cut down or chopped brackets for 89-95. I just want to get an idea of how you guys are doing it.

I have a single cab body dropped 3". With the stock bnech I really almost couldnt drive it. Now I have bucket seats bolted straight to floor and I have all kinds of room.

I'm stockfloored and have about a foot worth of headroom and I'm about 6 feet tall. My buddy is 6'4 and has a hardbody traditionally BD'd 4 inches and we just took some bucket seats out of an old ass lifted chevy truck and cut the big ass brackets off and he has about an inch until his head hits.

mines got a 4" with a chopped bench....Im 5'10" and Ive got roughly 2-3" of room.....its been a while since I sat in it, so that a guess.
