would this be a good setup for or is this bridge kit recommended?

i think it would be fine but you could prolly make one for less than $100. just get some 2x3 and built your notch that way... just a suggestion.

this welding place that im having doing my notch is pretty reputable, i think they'd be able to do it for me..what u think

I'd have them make it for you. That bridge work is for bags over axle. IMO thats a shitty ride and not much lift. Go with the 2x3 tubing, I wish I had thought about it before I bought mine from Devious, such a simple item.

What type of link set up are you going to use? Save yourself a lot of time and money deciding on what you plan to do ahead of time. Then see who has what or can build it for you, then compare prices. You can do it cheaply, just don't do it cheaply. Honestly things are getting cheaper because of all the competition out there.

so its better to do axle over bag??

i dnt know what link setup to go w/...i here about 2 link 3 link and 4 link, ive heard that the 4link setup is best...

im still a n00b at all the terminology of minitruckin suspension, but im willing to learn about and what it does and learn from that way to decide whats best

the bag over the axle is THAT bad of a ride. for a daily driven bagged ride, it was explained to me as the less moving parts the less to go wrong. im only running a single shock in the bag so i still get a little spring in the back which makes it ride pretty good, its a nicer ride than stock thats for sure. placing the bags on 4 link bars will get you more lift and a better ride but it depends on if you want to take your gas tank out or if you do something similar to seth truck. zombie is right though, you wont get much lift.... i get enough in the rear to almost get my tire untucked. if i pulled the mono-shock out i could prolly get it untucked all the way no problem. my bumper will scrap in certain driveways but if your running a roll pan or no bumper, you should be okay.

is your setup shown in your pics on either ur gallery or photopost?

i dnt and wnt have a bumper. i may eventually weld up my bed shut, minus the tonneau cover.

i just wanna see a pic of the setup yall are talkin about

Bag over axle is a simple and common practice. It just rides shitty and theres not much lift. What Jeff and Seth have on their trucks is a good setup, I chose a different route. I have a reverse 4 link with the bags on the bars.

There is a lot of controversy in the minitruckin world about the reverse 4link. I chose it for several reasons. At full lift, 125psi I have 16in of lift and that with shocks. I also have 1/2in of driveline pull at full lift.

You need to make a decision on what you want, how long it will take to save the money and stick with your plan.
