ok, so I'm new to toyota's. I'm assuming that without Z'ing the frame the front won't lay. Is this correct? Crossmembers hang below frame right? Same as fullsize chevy. Or is because of the limitations of the suspension?
How do I figure out how much of a Z I would need? Bag it first and then measure frame to ground clearance?
If anyone has any pics I would appreciate seeing something.

level it, measure. depending on truck production variations and amount thats been drug off the bottom of that xmem, between 3/4 and 1 1/4

Ok, so I'm gonna start bagging it next weekend when my parts show up. It's gonna be on 20's so any idea on how much I may need to Z it or do I need to do other stuff like control arm work before even bothering to Z itl?

Level the truck and measure how high the frame is from the ground, and then measure at the crossmember. The difference is how much it needs to be Z'd.

Thats pretty much it^^^^
The frame starts to come up just before the firewall,so measure there ,then use a straight edge and measure at the LCA X-member.
Should have my Z done in a couple more days,Just started school again so been a lil tired lately!
As for as the 20's go , i need to install the engine drop mounts i got from seth ,buy some drop spindles, mod my oil pan, Figure out my steering issues, then redo the front bag placement (gotta make the bottom of the tire ad LCA x-member even ,and elminate the srtut rods!!!(This Stuff wont be done in a couple days,just the Z...LOL)

sounds good. hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend to start working on it. make sure to take some pics as you go and post them up.
