I have a bagged '86 that was previously bagged in '97. I have bag over axle in the rear and it rides great but it doesn't get a lot of lift. Now the front gets good lift but you'll definately have to z the frame to lay out. I just cut the wheel wells out in the front so now the engine crossmember finally lays. Good Luck!

E-mail me & I'll send photo's & suppliers, also info on Seths ( Twisted Mini's) modified front a-arms & his site. The cross member has to go to lay frame,z'ing allows complete frame on the ground,I did not do this ,1/2'' is good by me!.Tubular or modified a-arms will allow better movement/travel,without any binding
This is what I mean by planing, you have to have a direction /goal you want to see!
Wheel size you want to use is one of the main things to consider!
Inner wheel wells must go away, front & rear! Tubing the firewall may be needed!
There's a lot to consider before just jumping into this !

I'm buying 2-2500lb. & 2-2600lb Denominator II Air Bags and the S.D. front bag mounts.
Still looking for a good pump with out dishing out 300.00.
As fare as wheels, I'm staying with 14's. 175-65R-14. with just the tires alone it will lower truck 1.25".
I'm having all the welding and cutting done by a guy here that does very top knotch work on mini trucks.

As fare as z"ing the frame any pics would be good.
The one thing i'm wondering about is the ability to turn when riding low.
I have hurd of linkage binding and hitting frame and such.

gary i sent you my info.

I personally don't like the valves close to the tank,as I run check valves & the manifolds close to the bags( not right @ the bag) so if a line fails the bags will not collapse!
And you would be better to not ran a tee between the bags as this will cause vehicle to handle poorly do to air transfer from side to side when turning!

my valves are mounted directly to the bags, im running dual port bags so i have a fill port and dump port. it would be best (in my opinion) to run atleast 6 valves that way you would have a seperate up and down for the left and right front, and a single up and down for the rear.

8 valves here!
