I didn't know him personally, but I have friends that did.. I'm sorry to hear about the loss my heart goes out to you all. RIP.

Hey do you guys know when the cruise is going to be held in rememberance for Matt? I know you guys said sometime this month just want to make sure i have the weekend off so I can be there. I know that Jordan and I and the Vero Boys from Relaxed would like to be there.

i only met Matt a couple times at the sonic meets when they first began, but just the couple conversations i had with him i saw what everyone else saw, that he was a super cool person to hangout with. he just seemed to be the "mini-trucker who made it", seeing as he had the badass truck, cool ass club, and as we've all seen here, the best friends and support system a person could ask for! i just particularly remember at one of the first sonic meets(actually at sonic) hanging out then hearing mad laughter then there's Matt and some others getting down to some debbie deb, was pretty damn funny. that just shows that he was up for a good time anywhere and with anyone. i'm just glad that i did get to meet him, wish i could have been able to hang out more..... on another note all of us in Absolut Minis are down for the memorial cruise whenever a date is set. we all send our condolences to all of his family and friends.

you know ever since this post started ive found myself in here every second i can be checking out all the love and support people are giving. i only had the chance to meet him like twice. but everybodys right i feel as though we have all lost a brother. minitruckin to me is my life i have nothin else just my family(club) and my truck its more than a sport its a lifestyle. rip bro lifestyles 4 life

Matt.... i'm sorry i cant make it to your viewing tonight i'm still at work now at 7:00 pm ... but i have already made sure i can come into work late tomorow to see you off .... and i'm goin to take my s10... beat up as it is right now ......and my girl ang is goin to drive my full size to have both trucks out there for u as i know you would have wanted me to do.. Matt you are greatly missed and i just wish we would have gotten the opputunity to hang out as much as you told me we would now that i'm actually here in Orlando.... but now its just memories i will hold in my heart and in my head that i will never let forget... Even though I only met him once, I could tell that he was an awesome person. I will make sure that his name is at the bottom of every roll pan on every truck that I build from here on out and will drag in his honor. I am sure that all my bro's at Road Hazzard Minis will do the same. I wish his friends and family well. I have also heard that you guys are going to rebuild his truck. That's awesome and I'm sure he will be smiling down on you guys. I also am willing to help in anyway that I can. I can get you a bed, rear frame section or whatever you need. Just let me know. Helps when your father has a junk yard and feels the pain of us true mini truckers..
