Baggin a 95 C280

i have a friend thats wants to bag is c280.

does anyone have any advice about like to use struts or cans, and where can you get struts for this car.

he wants to run 2 5 gallon tanks, a oasis comp, and 1/2" fills and 3/8" dumps

Why not do bags? I just hate the ride quality of sruts or cans. Do not prove me wrong, I'm not proving a point that they all ride like hell just my experience.

You can use 2500's in the front for sure, just would have to fab your own cups. The rear could only fit 2500s at the most. The shock is just too close to the spring now so a 2600 might rub. There just isnt that much room to play with in the back. If anything, you could run like a f9000 sleeve bag. The 202 chassis doesnt use struts, so you can use normal bags.

I would not do 1/2 line on that car you are just going to ruin it. I would recomend Shockwaves but they are not fast like you prob want. Don't fuck it up, it's a benz take care of it. Take a look at mine it rides awsome (it's lower in the front now than in the pics)

Ok I looked at your profile and you do not have any UNIBODY cars, Have you ever seen a unibody car with a fastbag setup after four or five years?? MOST are not good. I am not here to argue so Mike have your friend do it with 1/2 valves and let him know he prob wont be driving it in a few years. I have done a couple of the W202s so if you guys have any questions feel free to give me a call.
