lol that poor dodge
used to be (key term is used to be) a dodge running around here that wasnt hacked to that point but it was pretty nasty
one notch looked like a mixed up circle notch
the other looked like a 8 peice kit normal c-notch but had about 15 peices making it up lol

i agree you should have to pass a test to be able to use a welder and torch hell even a wrench lol
im not much for rules and regulations but safety is something you shouldnt mess with

heres a truck I had to fix about 2 years ago. Some high school kids' parents own a shop, so they actually do these kinds of install's from time to time. Sad part is they recently body dropped a 67 C10.....crooked as hell. Any ways, kid payed them 2600 for 1/4 manual slow bags (payed for 3/8 fast), chrome 4-link (they gave him a black one). It was supposed to lay frame, but was still 2'' from laying.

oh, and the damage happened within 1 week and 25 miles.
