I am in the process of gathering parts to bag my F150. I want to do the install myself(first time). I have a KP components bolt-on for the rear. And for the front, so far, all I have are the upper and lower DJM arms. I want to use 22 inch wheels in the front and rear. I belive I wont have any problems with the rear, but I have a few questions for the front. I read somewhere about notching the front when running 22's. Is that a must? If I used drop spindles with the upper and lower DJM arms, will I still need to notch the frame? Also what things will I need to remove from the fenders to clear the wheels? Does anybody have pictures of there front setup, and where they relocated the stuff that needed to be relocated?

Thanks

your fender wells will need to be cut out and everything will need to be relocated on top of them or you could just move them up.
there are wires and computer shit in both fenderwells that will need to be moved as well
as for notching the front frame it isnt that hard. Im not sure but if you ran spindles as well I would say you would still have to notch atleast for the tierod. Good luck you have alot on ur plate for your first time.

everything seems to be about right as to what you need to do. The new spindles, I havent heard of any problems or issues with them. I should be getting my truck back today. Basically the hole thing needed to be re-bagged front to back. We notched the firewall, relocated wires, move upper control arm brackets up and tubbed the fenders. I will post up some pics as soon as I get them.

Where can I get dropped spindles at?

driverfx.com and jegs.com and summit.com all have the spindles cheaper than stylin concepts has them for, but i think summit has a wait time on theirs...

we tried the beltech spindles and they suck for bagging, the create issues with the lower control arms hitting the frame before it lays out on 22s unlike if you flip the ball joints... Just save the $200 that they cost and get you $40 worth of ball joints...
