Billet Steering Wheel Help!

I need to get a billet steering wheel. I found this one that I want

Which diameter do i need 13 3/4 or or 15 1/2? Or is it personal preference? Do i need the adapators? it says "For 1967-1994 GM vechicles only" but just want to make sure.

And if I dont get the horn, what is in place of it? is it just a filler plate? or an empty hole?

I AM GETTING A WHEEL, IM KINDA WONDERING WHAT SIZE I SHOULD GET ALSO, WHAT IS THE STANDARD SIZE FOR A FULL SIZE TRUCK? SHOULD THEY BE SMALLER WHEELS?

I like a bigger wheel myself. I think most people go for what's closest to their factory diameter. And if u don't get the horn button most manufacturers give a pretty shiny plate.

What about the adaptor? If you look on the site, it doesn't give the year in my truck (2002 S10).

MY ADAPTER IS A 2004 FORD RANGER, SO YOURS MIGHT BE SOME THING DIFFERENT, YOU HAVE A CHEVY SO THEY SHOULD HAVE YOURS, CHECK BILLET SPECIALTIES.

I have no idea man. I checked out B.S. steering wheels and didn't find any that cought my eye. I like the wheel i posted in my first post...but I dont know if just any adaptor will work with it...guess ill have to call em tomorrow when they open.

i just installed a Colorado Customs billet wheel in my 04f-150 last week.14 inches is pretty standard for full size.when you order from BS or CC they will give you the number to Lecara in Tenn.for the adapter kit.the adapter is about 75 bucks.theres a little bit of fabricating to do on the adapter piece as well as the steering column itself.you will have to do some filing and a little on both.its not rocket science though.hit me up slam150, and i can give you more detail on it..AcrophobiA

i have had 2 15" budnik stearing wheels and a buddy had a 13" one.. i hated driving his truck casue it felt so small.


and if you have a 95 or newer GM truck you can get an adapter from Lecarra... just gotta tell them its a non street driven truck otherwise they wont sell to you since its illeagle to pull out the factory airbag
