ok recently i chopped my front springs and it rides like shit of corse but i just noticed that my a arms are sittin on the frame what do i do to fix this without lifting it back

you must of chopped like half of the spring off to get it to sit that low. thats how mine is with bags and im tuckin a lil bit so i have no idea how you even turn with it that low. but im gettin some pre modded lowers from my freind so yea i dunno about the whole spring ordeal but yes you can chop out a section of the control arm but not to much because you have to reinforce it again.

First, don't notch your control arms. Second, I would suggest getting a little bit less of a drop (unless you switch yo bags of course, but if you wnat to keep it, notch out the frame instead. Your frame is a lot stronger than your control arms, plate it up good and you're set.

do you have eney pix and what kind of metal do you use is it hard to do all i have is a 110 mig welder is this good enough

second, go ahead and cut the humps off of your control arms and plate them, i did mine and haven't had a single problem

yeah, you can trim the frame, which is strong, but after you trim it, it's cut forever....if you cut the control arms and plate them, then decide to change back to stock arms, just go to the damn junkyard, can't say the same if you decide you don't like your hacked up frame later on
