Just recently Ive notice vibrations when accelerating and slowing down. I also believe my upper bars are to small not letting me get max lift. How do I determine if they are to small how to correct the pinion angle if needed? shims?washers? any help would be appreciated and yes I did look at previous forums and none helped..thanks.

how about apic so we can see your upper bars? maybe ill just guess and tell you they are to long..
also your vibrations "just recently" started.. check your carrier bearing...

can't computer won't let me, but I did have talk to a guy from cando speacialties and he even said they looked small and thinks that the main reason for such a horrible lift.

I hop its not the carrier bearing since I replaced the crossmember from SD.

what makes you think it's the driveshaft?

u joints maybe and what do u mean by to small? do u mean to short or what. and by the way u said upper bars u cant shim a fourlink thats welded on. if ur upper bars are adjustable unscrew them and set the pinion angle.

Space your carrier bearing. It should help some.

I think its my drive shaft because at different ride heights its seems to change. fully lifte its fine but if I dump the back I can hear a grinding noise followed by vibrations. Second I think my top bars are too short not letting me get a proper lift.

yeah my last truck was identical situation. Full lift it ran smooth then soon as I drop it low it would hop its ass off. get new bars and space your carrier bearing. Anytime u drop a truck equipped with a carrier u always space it or raise it. At least that how it works on an s10 and tacoma....
