why is it that donald duck never wears pants but wraps himself in a towel when he gets out of the shower?

why is it people on T.V. can say God D**m ,but can't say shit or fuck??

I'd like to know why they think it's good to advertise TV's on TV... if the picture is so great on theirs, wouldn't that mean the one i got is fine? same for speakers & shit too i guess...
