1st gen s10 bodydrop.......

not just body filler. you can either make a thin metal filler plate and weld in over body line in several pieces or whats probably a bit easier is to use round bar that is small enough to sit in body line and not stick out past the panel. tack/weld that in place for the length of body line and fill the rest for prep. i havent done it i just say it mentioned in MT on scrape'ns S-10. will probably do that for mine if i shave it.

I have a 1st gen longbed traditionally bd-ed 5.5". My 2.8L V-6 doesnt fit for shit but it wasnt all that bad. I can run 18" rims with 40 series. It definately takes some thinking ahead and fab work to go crazy low.
