Hiring Graphic Designer for KEG

We are in the process of a major expansion and I need to start interviewing some graphic designers. What I am looking for is not really rendering guys but guys that have a talent for design in general. Such as flyers, biz cards, post cards, tri-folds, brochures, etc. Someone that has a nitch for design and what looks good and good format. Serious inquiries only. UPDATE We are looking for one rendering guy with exceptional quality of work. I will however work with you to show you a few things you may or may not know already. Samples are a must. Person must be responsible and able to do a rendering from start to finish within a day or 2. Email me with the subject JOB-Rendering for more info or to send samples. hey josh send me some samples in an email. id like to take a look at them. are you free enough to do graphic design thou? with this expansion im gonna end up hiring about 6 to 8 guys eventually cause we will be kept busy.

im always downim in school but i always have time to go to the library cause they got the adobe CS suite if for some reason i mustt do it there

i know weve had our differences but ive cleaned up my act, moms been on my case so basically im gettin better at skool and id say ive changed a lot lately

and my dad just left me for oklahoma so ill always have photoshop avaliable

if my age becomes an issue, well, i guess id have no chance at joinin

why the quick turnaround on employees

Lame pay im guessing, I mean who in there right mind is going to spend like 12hrs on one rendering that is only going to pay 75 bucks (robbie boasts 75% pay, ive heard much lower from x employee's). Whats that 6-7 bucks a hour... come on Burger King pays more than that.

why you jumpin on here lippin off? do you even know me or my business? all i ever see you post about "Bob" is Brandt, Graphic Disorder, or Brandts truck. Oh yea and you tend to bash people in the photoshop section alot. Remind me of someone else that got banned a year or so ago. If you want to be on his nutts that bad you should ask him, he might let ya see em. you act the same way as that person once did. it was old then and old now. everyone that has ever worked for me made 75% on the pay. dont be talkin shit fool, u should be above that. worry bout your own business and dont worry bout mine.

as for turn around, we give people try outs, if they arent cuttin it or are taking way to long then its not goin to work out. we need to be able to turn jobs quick we run a successful business, thats part of it. my last person ran into some personal problems and couldnt put forth the time so we came to a mutual agreement. other companies out there take time to do a rendering, nick crouch for example, but look at the quality of his work, its top notch we take our time on them and put quality into our work and it shows. some larger companies that are more bout dollars boast they can knock out a rendering in 10 to 15 minutes and it shows. most of our customers come to us because they can see the difference in the quality. if you order a rendering from us or the competition it's usually goin to get to you quicker from us.....even thou we spend more time on them. sorry we are not an assembly line for renderings.....and we never will be. customers want their hard earned money to go to something detailed and quality and that's why we are still in business today and thats why we will still be here next year.

I have gotten excellent service from Robbie and the KEG crew and dont mind waiting at all for quality work. And from what ive seen in the industry KEG is one of the very best at graphic design. And havent heard anybody complaining about the pay either, what is he suppose to do just give the guys the whole cost of a job. Last i checked the world doesnt work that way, there arent too many places ur gonna find a job that pays 75%........
