but about that 75% pay thing, man i wouldnt even care how much i got payed, id do it for free (let the company get 100% of it)lol

later on ya id worry more about the money for my first car and stuffbut now, i aint gotta pay for nothin round here lol

i was always treated w/ respect by Robbie and the other KEG employees. i was paid fairly...75%. no complaints here, i knew what i agreed to before i did any artwork for them. if any 'ex-employees' had any disagreements, its on them.

$75 for a 10hr rendering is not worth the time and money...we all know that. but what can you do? thats the 'industry' standard. most are not willing to pay more than that.

Robbie has always preached quality and detail. in the end, thats what it comes down to.

thanks for the back up on that Zak. I appreciate your honesty. Ive only had one employee leave that i've had issues with and that was Dougy. Me and Dougy still talk but when someone tells you they are gonna leave cause they are falling behind in school and want to focus on their paint work then a few weeks later start tryin to compete against you it's a little ungrateful in my book. Me and him have had our discussions about it thou. So there's my dirty laundry. Next time "Bob" you should know what your speakin of before you speak.

even if you ran things yourself you might get the same amount of pay as i have been finding out. its not entirely about the money. i mean i charge anywhere from 100-200 for a rendering it may seem a bit steep as robbie had probably noticed a while back that hasnt left us the best of friends, but trust me im fair about it i mean ill put a good 20-30 hours in it. sure we can be making more but for me its about doin somethin i love to do one minute and be able to walk away from my desk at home and go see a movie with my friends the next minute without having a boss to tell me to get back to work. thats an awsome job no matter what the pay. robbies goin to the top and hes willing to take people with him if some people dont want to take advantige of that, then dont worry about it.
