hm.. my question then is how the heck did you fit 3" tall tubin underneath the body, lowering it 3 1/2"?? reason asking is im doing one now and laying folded pinch the floor has just a little over 2" to spare from the ground.

I need to know too, I already have a 3" traditional.. and its just to the rockers.. so I'd like to goto the door someday with a SFBD, and want it strong.. 2x3. It just doesnt seem like 3" frame height will get me to the doors though, but with how much drop you guys got with 2x3 (3 being height) it should work. i guess my question is how many inches exactly did this drop the body from where it was, just trying to figure out my options.

Id never rely on bodydropping a truck a certain amount of exact to the 16th of an inch, just get her down where you want it. my floor is rasied in only some spots and IF used 3x3 on it, then again it is also narrowed more than a stock frame. saldeezy's truck is over bodydropped as well, when it finaly gets a chance to do some draggin it will get drug into tthe rocker, or as far as those big ass 19ers allow him to go. maybe he could get some pics fo that shit for you guys, and the only place the floor is cut, being that his is an automatic, is the tranny tunne, and in the rear of the cab, it is notched for the drivehaft and for the frame in the rear, because it is stockfloored only uder the cab, the rest is still stock frame so there is a small maybe 2 inch notch in the back fo the cab, other than that its stock floor all the way.

looks good man, I'd like to see some frame shots as Im working on my trucks frame, Im going to do a SFBD, but Im also doing a cab back portion, Im just thinking I might aswell build a whole frame, and allow for something more modern on my engine platform.
