oh i almost forgot, we finished up and his trucks back on the road.. heres the bridge pics:

my welder was fucking up for some reason, so I had to stop in the middle of some long ass welds and I HATE doing that.

Anyone need an 04 Edge Airbag? lol

the supras are NICE

he's going back to North Carolina, and who knows where after that.. maybe Iraq again. When he comes back for Thanksgiving were gonna work on maybe plating the whole rear frame, then Christmas the plan is to 3link it/build or install a tranny crossmember and he needs me to redo his front setup since the previous installer used these bigass coil springs UNDER the bags, causing the bag to be really high in relation to the framerail, and the gussets/upper control arm rub the bags BAD :( the guy also cut and EXTENDED the upper control arms like 2" Im guessing to TO TRY to clear the bag (failed).. which is dumb IMO but we can cut all that off and redo it, with new control arms and brackets.

I'm I reading it right, coils UNDER the bags?
WTF
whynotfab   +1y
Yea LOL.. Something to do with hopping or some shit.. but it doesnt look good. Because of the coils, the lower bag bracket is like 5-6" ABOVE the lower control arm, and the upper brackets like even with the top of the frame which isnt necessary, plus he has bad positive camber when laid out.. and we all know rangers are usually bad cambered IN. So yea he needs it redone, I'll probably do it.

not hateing or anything ricky...but...it doesnt look like there is alot of penetration on those welds on the bridge. maybe its just the pictures or something

GREAT JOB ricky!Doin nice clean work bro!

Seriously? In person it seems they are fine.. Im sure they didnt penetrate as much on the single straight tube as they did on the curved ones due to the thickness, that shit was THICK (the reason i need a bigger welder soon).. but I did weld the underside too.
