YOU CAN SEE WHAT I DID WITH MINE IN MY PICS. I WELDED IN PATCHS FOR THE HOLES. THEN I ACTUALLY SAT THERE AND EXTENDED EACH WIRE ABOUT TWO FEET. THE IS A HOLE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BRAKE BOOSTER(WHICH WON'T CLEAR THE WHEELS BUT YOU CAN USE AN EXPLORER ONE WITH MINIMAL MODS) MODIFIED THAT RUBBER PLUG A LIL AND PUT THE WIRES THROUGH THE PLUG. THEN JUST PLUGGED THEM BACK IN. WORKED PERFECT. LET ME KNOW IF YA GOT ANY OTHER QUESTIONS AND ILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM FOR YA. CHECK MINE OUT. If you just want clearance for bigger wheels, u can recess the plugs back into the firewall. I like a few other responses ran as much of the wires inside the cab. This includes that big fuse box, those 3 plugs, and the 2 or 3 other plugs that go to the fuel injectors. To rerout it, i only had to extand maybe 5 wires total its not that bad and cleans up the engin bay ALOT.

I gotta 5.4 in mine and Mark and the guys at FRESH RYDES hooked it up pretty tight. The big relay plugs and the main computer harness are all in side the cab with no problems. Take a look on my profile.
