as i recall, you were inquiring with us for employment... RJ presesnted it to all of us for our thoughts, and the consensus was not to hire you... but you had stated that you had improved with your graphics design skill and we went ahead and offered you the benifit of the doubt and gave you a test (customer wants "x" done to their vehicle and you have 7 days to do it) and barring something astounding we were not going to hire you... you went ahead and sent this email 2 days into the test and attributed your withdrawl to "getting all these jobs for cash from friends"... if you were doin so well on your own why even inquire with us??? you do talk a lot of $hit , which is a testiment to your maturity level... and it WAS a good decision not to hire you... this is just one email in which the subject of it was you were backing out of your interest for employment... do not try to misrepresent yourself....

And when i started talkin to RJ some of my friends wanted some done which happened AFTER i first started talkin to RJ.
Reason i said what i said was because RJ made it look like i tried out for you guys and i didnt make it, technically i didnt try out cause i never sent in the test picture.
And how do i talk a lot of shit? Its not like i go around saying ppl suck and im better than them. Only negative things i say about ppls chops is what is wrong with it. If thats talking shit then a lot of ppl talk shit. And if i have talked shit before i havent done it in a while, long enough ago not to remember doin it.

the fact is i know what when on and thats enough for me... problem arises when this dip starts talking bad about the company i am employed with and it adversely affects us, which is not called for... specially seeing as how this is my only job and it pays all of my bills...

kap- he didnt try to make it look like you tried out... YOU said you wanted to try out and then you backed out two days later... how does that mean "technicially" that you didnt try out cause "technicially" you did...... you had no reason to "say what you said" as you put it..

As for you Kapono - you know what you said - I didn't bother saving the email like you, but I believe it was something in the lines of...why are you not trying out for KEG since your buddy matt is (rj) you responded saying you didn't like them for whatever reasons...and that was that...I'm sure you saved that email along with the one you posted but posted that one to make it seem like you didn't say stuff about KEG.
